Experience in serving clients from the main sectors of the economy, such as industry, technology, agribusiness, infrastructure, mining, insurance, real estate and services, including consultancies and law firms. Graduated in journalism from Faculdades Integradas Alcântara Machado (FIAM) and also has experience in writing, having worked as a reporter for the InvestNews website, from Gazeta Mercantil.

She has managed communication crises for companies of various sizes and sectors, such as infrastructure, retail, agribusiness, IT and Telecom, and Institutional Relations. She heads the training area and has trained over 500 C-Level executives in the last three years to face various communication environments, from editorial media relations to government entities, market analysts, and specific audiences such as doctors, IT professionals, and indigenous populations.

With a degree in Social Communication, Renato began his career in digital marketing in 1996 and ventured into social media in 2006. He has worked for major agencies and was the founder and CEO of the digital agency Ad.Dialeto for 14 years. With over 25 years of experience, Abdo has worked with leading brands in retail, technology, aviation, insurance, and other industries. Currently, he is studying blockchain strategies and their applications, such as metaverses, in communication, as well as the use of artificial intelligence.
