Claudia Rondon

Advertising professional, she is a pioneer in the creation of communication departments in
main advertising agencies in the country. In 1993 he founded his first agency of communication, he sold his stake in 2000 and in the same year, he founded RP1 which merged with RMA in 2019, creating RPMA.He is currently in charge of Governance, leading the People and Management and Finance areas of the group.
She is the founder of Abracom, where she was Finance Director for four years, elected President
of the Board of Directors for two terms and is currently part of the Advisory Board of the entity. -
Marcio Cavalieri
Co-founder
Journalist with an MBA in Marketing and an MBA in Business Management, he has over 26 years of experience in communications. It has served more than 300 customers from different segments. He is director of Data and Market Parameters at Abracom and member of the ESG Communication committee at Aberje.
He was recognized as one of the ten most respected PR professionals in the market by PR Scope 2021 and is a judge at the PRWeek Global Awards. Responsible for developing new business and customer relationships.

Adriane Ahlers
Partner & Executive Director of Business and Reputation
Journalist, he has worked in corporate communications for over 30 years, leading the reputation management of national and international companies from various segments. He worked for 12 years at Ford and Autolatina, where he was responsible for the areas of corporate communication, internal and union communication.
Specialist in reputation management and crisis management, he leads the RPMA Crisis Committee, with the preparation and implementation of projects aimed at preparing companies and managing the crisis itself.
Currently, he is responsible for the area of prospecting, marketing and differentiated communication projects. -
Luiz Chaguri Junior
Partner & CFO
Senior finance professional, with an MBA in Controllership and Finance from USP, and a solid track record of more than two decades leading multifunctional teams in areas such as finance, purchasing, technology, legal, people management and operations. Throughout his career, he has accumulated extensive experience in prominent organizations and work, including Portal Terra and Banco Itaú-Unibanco. He currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at RPMA. Recognized for his strategic approach, resilience and focus on results, his leadership is driven by operational excellence and organizational success.

Edvaldo Chequetti
Partner & Director of Customer Services
With 20 years of experience in multiplatform content production, press relations, crisis management, manuals and training. Experience in serving clients from the main sectors of the economy, such as industry, technology, agribusiness, infrastructure, mining, insurance, real estate and services, including consultancies and law firms. Graduated in journalism from Faculdades Integradas Alcântara Machado (FIAM) and also has experience in writing, having worked as a reporter for the InvestNews website, from Gazeta Mercantil.

Fernanda Amorim
Partner & Director of Customer Services
Journalist with 30 years of experience in corporate communications. She has extensive experience in the infrastructure, services, retail, energy, capital markets, third sector, and education sectors. She has managed communication crises for companies of various sizes and sectors, such as infrastructure, retail, agribusiness, IT and Telecom, and Institutional Relations. She heads the training area and has trained over 500 C-Level executives in the last three years to face various communication environments, from editorial media relations to government entities, market analysts, and specific audiences such as doctors, IT professionals, and indigenous populations.

Renato Abdo
Partner & Director of Strategy and Creative
With a degree in Social Communication, Renato began his career in digital marketing in 1996 and ventured into social media in 2006. He has worked for major agencies and was the founder and CEO of the digital agency Ad.Dialeto for 14 years. With over 25 years of experience, Abdo has worked with leading brands in retail, technology, aviation, insurance, and other industries. Currently, he is studying blockchain strategies and their applications, such as metaverses, in communication, as well as the use of artificial intelligence.

Soraia Ascari
Partner & Director of Customer Services
Advertising professional, with over 30 years in business communications, developing strategies for building reputation and crisis management for large companies and brands in the areas of consumer, retail, technology, infrastructure, food, automotive, fashion, beauty and luxury. Specialist in creating relationships with influencers and influencer marketing campaigns, being responsible for the area at the agency. He also has experience in designing events and PR actions, with a focus on repositioning and generating value for brands.
